4. If you are using the mobile app for your email, after clicking or either inbox or spam, click and hold the screen with your finger then drag it downwards for the folder to refresh.
5. If you are using yahoo mail, check your Boxbe waiting list, and also do what is in step 4 above.
6. If no mail is received, go back to the first page and follow the number 1 instruction on that page.

2. Login and click on the edit button for this Referee and then click the update button, the system will resend the mail.
